If you need an estimate for taking your pension in the next two years.

Please provide us with a date to base the estimate on. You need to ensure that the date you choose gives a minimum of three months’ notice to your intended retirement date.

If you need an estimate for a date more than two years away.

Please let us have some brief details about the reason for this information, such as financial planning or applying for a mortgage.

If you’ve been asked for information by a financial advisor.

Please check if you need a pension estimate or Cash Equivalent Transfer Value (CETV).

You only need to apply for a transitional tax-free amount certificate if the total of your tax-free lump sums taken is close to the Lump Sum Allowance of £268,275 or the Lump Sum and Death Benefit Allowance of £1,073,100.
