Attached to this page are our transfer discharge forms and guidance for choosing the correct form. 

General detail about the LGPS can be found on the LGPS members website.

Technical and legal information can be found on the Local Government Association website.

The forms are only for the use of receiving pension schemes administrators and not for use by LGPS members or employers.

Please use the appropriate discharge form based on the receiving scheme. References to contracted out refer to the status before April 2016.
